    Our company currently has over 300 employees, including 6 professional technicians.

  • Do you offer free samples?

    Yes, we provide free samples (usually 5-10 pcs) for your evaluation,shipping cost is covered by the customer .        

  • What is the minimum order quantity (M0Q)?

    Our MOQ is 10000pcs.

  • How long is the production lead time?

    The production time for 10,000 customized products is approximately 25 to 30 days.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment.

  • How can i visit your factory?

    You can request a factory visit via our inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp, we'll arrange a guided tour.

  • Which markets are our products mainly exported to?

    Our products export to over 150 countries and regions, with primary markets in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.

  • How to arrange the transportation of goods?

    The main mode of transportation is by sea. If an urgent delivery is required, we can also arrange air transportation through Ningbo or Shanghai airports.

  • How long does it take to receive a reply after making an enquiry?

    We value every enquiry. We will respond within 8 hours of receipt.
